Okay, so I’ve been trying to get into the Bahraini Premier League basketball scene. It’s not exactly the NBA, but hey, gotta start somewhere, right?
My Deep Dive into Bahraini Hoops
First thing I did was, well, I searched it up. I mean, how else would you start? I needed to find, like, anything about it – teams, schedules, players, anything.
It took a lot of searching to find the team names. Found ’em, though! I’ve got a whole list now:

- Al-Muharraq
- Manama Club
- Al-Riffa
- Al-Hala
- Al-Najma
- Al-Ittihad
- Samaheej
- Al-Nweidrat
- Bahrain Club
- Isa Town
- Sitra
Then I tried to find the schedule of games. I thought that would help give me some structure with my research.
After all of that, I wanted to see some actual games. I found a few recent games on Youtube.
So, that’s where I’m at. I’m slowly figuring this whole Bahraini basketball thing out. It’s a process, lots of searching and digging, but I’m getting there. Next step, I think I’ll try to dig up some player stats. Wish me luck!
